Delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Cairo & Giza: Within 48 hours (up to 3 business days).

  • Other Governorates: Within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Inspection Before Payment

Customers have the right to inspect their order upon delivery before completing payment. If the received product does not match the order or has a visible issue, the customer may refuse delivery.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the product:

  • Is unused and unworn.

  • Is in its original condition.

  • Includes all original tags and packaging.
